High-performance abrasive blast system with unmatched portability and versatility comes in two versions, i.e. on a skid or standard car trailer.
The system has combined the most popular abrasive blast setting Blastcor® BM-200 RC of 200 liters tank capacity, equipped with remote control and pneumatic abrasive metering device SANDSTURM®-P with an after-cooler, a set to protect the operator, and a hose reel mounted on a mobile platform.
A mobile shot-blaster can be easily removed from one workplace to another. The platform of the system is easily installed into the body of light motorcars like “Gazelle”, leaving space for the installation of an air compressor. Thanks to the convenient design of the system, the loading may be performed by conventional forklifts or crane.
